They installed my septic and my sisters at their property recently so this is kind of a 2 in 1 review. Long story short they were very responsive and easy to work with around the schedule we had. They do a great job and they move quick! My system had an issue over the weekend due to some hardware malfunction and Kim who handles their dispatch and I’m sure much more was quick to respond and get someone out to my house to fix the issue, not sure what the guy’s name who came out was but he was super nice and professional. If you live in Johnson County highly recommend Jackey Lackey’s team.
