Excellent experience. Luis, the owner of TBF, is an honest and dependable contractor. Less than 48 hours after I contacted, he looked over a remote property for me and was very transparent about costs, timeline, etc. If I've learned one thing over the years, it's that you can tell a lot about how things will go with a business based on your initial gut reaction at the beginning of the process. They are very reliable and they show up when they say they are going to which is really hard to find living in a small town.
