Mark is a stand up guy! I was looking to buy a power cord for my tablet and didn’t realize that he only fixes computers. He told me he would loan me his for a couple of weeks and I was blown away by his kindness.

We explained to Mark that we weren't very tech savvy and needed someone who could interface with that type of person. Boy, was he it! We needed a new computer set up and data transferred from our old computer, but had bought one with not enough storage. While some people may have seen an opportunity to perhaps take advantage of us, Mark found the extra storage and sent us the Amazon link so we could save money by ordering ourselves. When it came in, he did not waste any time and got it perfectly ready for us, setting it up so we could easily navigate it. Totally competent, prompt, reasonably charged, nice and polite. Nectar Computers rocks. Both Mark and Matt were refreshing to work with; competent, communicative and friendly. My computer crashed at a desperate time. They found all my info and gave me a loaner computer, all for a very reasonable price. They are my Go To guys.
