“Carol the owner was so helpful and sweet! Great customer service! I was scammed by a third party floral vendor who company who said they could deliver a plant on time for a funeral service! They kept pushing delivery date back and never got the arrangement there! However, Carol/ Paloma floral saved the day and delivered the plant even on the day they were closed!!!! She went out of her way to go back into her shop and delivered the plant to the family’s doorstep! Beyond grateful and highly recommend their services!”
