We want to thank Mr.Carpenter for his expertise in buying our home. The sale of our previous property took a long time and he kept our contract going and interceded with the owners to reassure them that the sale was going to go through. He took care of any problems we encountered and we are very grateful for his help and persistence. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the area-he will take good care of you!

Been meaning to write some comments for a while....We moved here some six years ago and thanks to Johnny, Fay and Lindsay we found a wonderful house. The Carpenters are wonderful people, great realtors and have become good friends...they were so amazingly helpful and hospitable when we bought our house and have remained so, so may years later. I don't think I have known a more honest and gracious guy than Johnny, a warmer and more delightful person than Fay, or a more fabulously helpful, competent and friendly office manager than Lindsay. Simply put, Carpenter Real Estate is the absolute best!!!!
