I understand the low ratings. They really make you wait ALL day for service. You have no idea when they will come and if they will be on time. Definitely wouldn't use them if I had a choice. My sorry builder (Bloomfield homes) uses them. Will update on the quality of work. UPDATE: guy came on time (actually earlier) and completed the work quickly. No issues other than the wide windows for the work.
