We've been using them for about a year now and they've left a streak on one shirt that we took back and they fixed immediately. They've been fantastic and owned up to the one thing that came home less than up to par.
They've earned our business over and over. They're polite at the desk and they're quick to get things to you when you go to pick up. We probably pass at least 2-3 other dry cleaners along the way but they've raised their prices too high and the quality at one isn't good.

1st time trying this dry cleaners as we just moved to the area. They were friendly and helpful, got the rings out of my husbands collars, and had all 30 items ready by 5pm. Will definitely be taking our clothes there again.

Best customer service ever!!! Linda and the owner were great ! I will definitely use them again. This was the first time using Terrells and they did a fantastic job, if it wasn’t for Terrells I would be still waiting on a cleaning kit from Nebraska furniture mart........their warranty is a joke , if you have a spill go to Terrells and they will take care of you !!!Service: Couches/sofas
