Spoke with Jenni at Micah's Honest Plumbing and she informed me that they don't service city of Dallas addresses typically. The conversation would normally end there, but she graciously offered advice on how to hire a comparable plumber to avoid price gouging of the large private equity-backed players in the Dallas market. She also pointed me to Locke Supply (they too were excellent and helpful) as a great resource where I was able to purchase a Bradford White water heater directly. Unbelievable. Definitely a bright light in a dark world of people trying to overcharge and hustle you. Not only did they help us get through the night without having to pay for an after hours fee, but they can early the next day fixed our problem and walked us through step by step to figure out how to solve on our own in the future. Great people, great price, highly recommend. So great that they feel like an old family friend. ♥️
I contacted them ten days ago regarding a possible leak. They were super quick to respond and immediately advised us to have a leak detector come out to assess the situation. These people are salt of the Earth. So responsive and willing to work with me on our 50 year old home. If you need any plumbing done, this is my recommendation as your go to in the Lucas Allen area.
