This is the most honest HVAC service we have ever used. We don’t feel like we’re ever being sold on anything, especially things we don’t need. We don’t feel like people are out to make a commission, because they aren’t, they’re here to help us get our unit in good shape, and keep it there. They encourage replacing parts instead of the whole unit, which is what we were looking for! And when our A/C wasn’t working? They sent someone out really quickly, as I am always concerned about the animals in our house that cannot be in 85° or above. And I know that’s a ‘me problem’, but I appreciate the support on the other side, too. Really impressed with their maintenance + service when things go awry.
I had an AC issue that they repaired without hassle. Someone answered the phone when I called. They were polite and listened well. The repair person arrived in the window of time they said they would and called when they were 15 minutes from arriving. They were polite and personable. Willing to entertain conversation about the HVAC unit and helping me to be a better customer in the process. I have an older unit and they did not pitch me on getting more than was needed to keep it going. A great experience.
