I'm so protective when it comes to my hair and finding a new stylist after I moved was definitely stressful. I found Kristine and not only had a great experience with her, but also loved the end result on my hair. Another plus is that she got the same result in 3 hours on my Keratine thermal treatment that used to take 5 to 6 hours to get done. I have African American hair and is so hard to find someone that have good quality product and knowledge about it. A plus is that she has very soft hands, very appreciated by my sensitive scalp!! This was my first time at this salon and I had a great experience! I am new to the area and was looking for a place close to home. Embry was my stylist and I will definitely be coming back to her. She was very friendly and professional. She wasn't rushing everything which I also liked. I got a haircut which comes with a shampoo and hairstyling at the end. Embry asked how I like my hair styled and did it just like I asked. This is so hard to find even in nice salons! The stylists typically just blow dry your hair straight or style it how they think looks best, which I hate. My haircut looked awesome too and she even thinned it out so it isn't so poofy. This place is outdated and the next gen full set was physically painful.. the nails looks sloppy, and the tips aren't even glued to the nail all the way.. the techs changed in the middle of my pedicure and the lady who took over the pedicure didn't say a word and after she was done, she just took off to the back.. it's a weird vibe, the chairs, towels, tools, etc just seem outdated. Pics show nails immediately leaving.
