Hero Training and Coach Denis have helped me make the best gains, even my friends have noticed. Life can be busy but Hero Training offers early AM workouts, midday and after hours classes, allowing you to fit in the workout. I love the community at this gym, everyone is so kind and encouraging. Coach Denis will make sure your lifts are safe but also push you when it’s time to level up. Consistent exercise is important for your physical and mental health and I’m thankful I found a gym that positively impacts both of these things.

I’ve be attending Hero Training Gym for over a year now and it has been life changing.
I grew up playing sports but I’ve fallen in and out of exercising in my 20s and 30s due to injuries, lack of drive and time (excuses). Now I’m in the best shape of my life and overcame injuries that I thought were lifelong (back and knee).
The workouts at Hero is well designed to improve on your cardio, strength and endurance. Each member can challenge themselves with intensity at their own fitness stage. Coach Dennis changes out the workouts in phases and runs different programs and events to keep things interesting and new.

This place is absolutely worth it! From the workouts, the atmosphere, the music, the cleanliness, and the coach it’s all a win/win.
I also appreciate the sense of community here. It’s more than just a gym — it’s a place where people encourage and inspire one another.
