Giving a shout out to our family’s beloved orthodontists’ office. The team at Creekview Orthodontics is simply amazing. The genuine care — not just in the health of our mouths, but care for us as people — has been above and beyond. I have no reservations recommending the team of Dr. Jay Ghosh & Dr. Trent Lofgren to anyone of any age. I think we started with my son’s initial evaluation in 2013. What helped us decide that this was the right practice for us was: • their conservative approach to the plan they recommended • their no-pressure, no-sales communication • their extreme patience with our huge list of questions • they engaged my son (~8yo at the time) from the very start, asking him what he liked to do and finding a connection with him • they asked my son if he had questions throughout the conversation, showing that his input, feelings, and understanding mattered too • they listened to our concerns • they did not make us feel rushed at the appointment or rushed in making our decisions • they made us feel genuinely welcome Since then, my son (now 16), daughter (now 14), & I have all been patients. All of the team — from the front office to the assistants to the doctors — have grown to feel like family. They even remember what’s going on in our lives from appointment to appointment! They understand my kids’ (& my!) need to fully understand the details, all of the reasoning behind the steps of the process, and how each step will help toward the end goal; they’ve taken the time to explain every time. They have never, ever made us feel rushed. When you’re in that chair, you’re their sole focus. In addition to the ~6 chairs in a row, there are 2 alcoves where patients can be seen if they need a more private space, and for when the appointments aren’t just the quick check-in ones. The alcoves don’t have doors, but the patient faces windows looking out at beautiful trees & a golf course. Today I picked up my new retainer (I broke mine; totally my fault bc I was rushing). I’m sad that the next time we’ll be there is in several months when my daughter has a post-braces check in. I really like these folks and will miss them; they’ve become friends in our lives! We’re really fortunate to have so many orthodontists in our area. We visited two, and I talked with many trusted friends with kids who were in the process and kids who had finished. All of my friends had nothing but positive things to say about this practice. Creekview felt like the best fit for our family. I’m thankful & happy with our decision.
