We have been using AvTek for a few years now and are very pleased with the service. The customer service is exceptional! Anytime I have an issue, they are prompt to respond and always able to get a quick resolution.

We've used AvTek for cloud data backup at my company for coming up to close to a year. The product (Datto) is easy to use and basically set and forget. I haven't had to contact support for any emergencies, but the initial discussion with Wayne and onboarding process all went very smoothly. I have no complaints and would be happy to expand our services with them in the future if the need arises.

The client service at AvTek Solutions is great. They respond promptly and do not give up until the problem is solved. They keep the solutions in plain English for those of us not in the IT world. They also look out for the client's and our bottom line - they are not out to nickel and dime the client.
