We have been using Auger Pros Plumbing for several years and have been completely happy with their work. Their staff have always been professional and polite. Big job, pipe replacement under foundation or small, replace shut off valve under kitchen sink. They get it done quickly and at a fair price.
My 10-year-old water heater started leaking around noon on Friday. I called my existing plumber at 12:56 PM, as I have a family plan and was placed in the queue. I called back at 2:04 PM only to be informed that I had been placed in the Queue. I went on Yelp and requested a plumber for repair/replacement. I got a reply from Kacie from Augerpros at 2:44 pm. She informed me that they could have a plumber at my location in 15 minutes. I heard from my existing plumber company, 5 minutes after Augerpros, that their plumber would be at my location in 30 to 45 minutes.
