Worked with bryan on getting a whole system for me after my 20 year old Train went out. He had the replacement ordered and installed within 3 work days. His group of three installers were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I have already recommended Bryan to two other people within one week of my installation. He is honest and will take all the time you need to answer any questions you have. I had no worries or doubts with Bryan.
I don't normally give reviews however I must say, Air Comfort Solutions delivered a home run today. Our air conditioner went out last night, made several calls to other companies and no one could service us until late next week :(. ACS took the call and told us they would arrive between 3-5 today. Jeff arrived right before 3PM and had us up and running immediately. Jeff was very proud of his company and confident in the service they provide and I can see why. Locking them in for future use! Well done Air Comfort Solutions!
We were quoted, by another contractor, over $6K for a new air conditioning unit as the only option to fix our a/c. We called Air Comfort Solutions for a second opinion and over the phone were told to try changing our filters first before spending any money. It worked! Our air conditioner never worked better and it only costs us $20 for two filters. He didn't even try to come out and charge a service fee just to tell us it was a filter either. They are the most honest service company we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend. When we do have another issue requiring an in-person diagnosis/repair, we won't be going anywhere but here and wouldn't even consider a second opinion would be necessary!
