The owner and employees have done small to larger jobs for family members homes and complete gas line replacement and water line installation for a new refrigerator and several hot water heater. They said the work was kind, easy, wonderful and quality and not cheap. The work was less expensive than other master plumber and was recommended to friends and family in the area.
Water heater needed replacing and Elias from Neff’s was able to drain the water in my old one, pick up my new one, bring it over and install it all within 2.5 hours. Really kind and easy to work with, I’d recommend them to friends and family in the area.
Owner and employees have done small to larger jobs for myself and family members homes. One was a complete replacement of gas line from front of property to the house. City required master plumber and was inspected. All went well and he was less expensive than the other master plumber I called. Replaced several hot water heaters for us also.
Update: May 2025: Needed a water line put in for a new refrigerator - talked to Neff about it. Said he would come by. Never came by, never called .e back. I guess he only takes the $$$ jobs now.
I got a diagnostic trip to Benavides and then another installation trip for a water heater
Elias, the owner, was wonderful in accomadating me quickly.
Freddy and Steven did an excellent job in their work.
They are not cheap, but it quality work.
