First time using this company for our roofing needs. My mom met with the owner on Thursday, May 11, 2023. They went over some things, a check was issued and the meeting ended. On June 9th, my mom and him texted back-and-forth about why he hadn't come out yet. On June 20th, a rep of the owner said he talked to the owner and said they were waiting for a few days of no rain so that they could come out and repair it. Since then we have called but no answer and as of today nothing has been done.
