While not a customer, the owner is a very nice and personable person. Very easy and pleasant to talk to.I, too, am in the same industry of soft washing and roof cleaning.I own E5M Hydro Wash, LLC in Tuscaloosa, AL. While he and his family were on their way to New York, they stopped to eat at a Dunkin Donuts. Mr. Hidalgo spotted my truck and came over to talk. We talked about 30 minutes about the industry and the different services we both provide, and what's important to customers in our two areas of the country. He was very professional in his greeting and in the overall conversation. It's nice to be able to have interactions with people in your line of work from time to time.Thank you Mr. Hidalgo for taking the time just to stop and say, "Hello" to a fellow soft washer.
