Excellent service. Our technician, Erik Elizondo, was very knowledgeable and very professional. They have great communication to schedule the service. They explain very thoroughly and with great detail what the problem is and how they will fix it. The price was reasonable for our 2 AC units and the service was quick. The coils were very clogged with gunk and dog hair. It was a big job since our units had not been cleaned in 10 years. They also install an additional drainage sensor system in both AC units. I recommend them 100%.

Our 27 year old Trane stopped working during the night today. I was very busy at work and couldn't call for a service call. But I did stop by the Alamo Office just before 5 pm on the way home from McAllen to Weslaco. I was expecting maybe a service call the next day. To my surprise the technician was at my house by 5:30 pm. He diagnosed the issue quickly and the AC was working and cooling the house. Thank you for your quick, friendly, informative service.
