Had a great experience, from visiting the office, the office staff was very helpful after our home unit had given out to having a technician within the hour checking our old unit& finishing the financing. The following day we had a whole crew come by& do the installation. We are extremely greatful because they provided portable units to us for the night until they came&finished the installation. Recently my Central Air conditioner stopped working. The compressor was running, the condenser fan was working and the evaporator fan was working. In addition the low side suction line was cold and sweating. In layman's terms, everything looked normal, inside temperature indicated otherwise. Time to get help! For some reason Hess Air popped into my head. I called the office and talked to a polite and knowledgeable young lady. She explained the diagnostic fee and their pricing system.
