I chose this place because it was very close to my work. I had to leave Carrollton and move back to Arkansas and I'm sad to see it go. They have all the updated beds. Decent rates and promotional offers are worth it as well. Everytime I came in I was treated so nice. I did not feel like I was being judged the whole time I was in there and I have had that feeling before at tanning salons. Next time I'm in Carrollton, this is where ill get my tanning fix.

The only reason this company stays in business is lack of competition. No tanning company in the DFW metroplex has the number of salons as PBT. The staff at every salon location are great. At the core of the problem is the embarrassingly poor business practices. There is not a problem with them communicating with customers when there is a problem with a monthly payment. However, they don't feel the same urgency to communicate with customers when they decide to close salons for any reason unannounced. The assistant manager at this palm beach on belt line is AMAZING! She is so helpful and really knows what she's talking about. She remembers me everytime and has great people skills!
