Never received any services as my appointment was cancelled twice due to their machine being broken. I paid a $400 deposit to their Houston location and requested a refund one week ago as I’d rather pursue a more reliable place but didn’t receive a refund despite multiple attempts to do so. My calls to corporate have gone unanswered as well.
This bad review is because their phone and scheduling service, all I wish is that you answer your phone and schedule my appointments easily!!! I don’t know what the receptionist girls do to not answering at all!!!!! So disappointed!!Service: Laser hair removal
The service itself is great and the workers are wonderful. But now, a year later, I am getting texts from other businesses saying that thanks to Novopelle I am getting a discount on xyz and I have given permission for then to text me, which I have not, but have to text them to stop the texts. I have gotten texts from Novopelle, which is standard advertising and I can understand but when they start selling your information, that is a different story. Had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere.
