Johnny Dunlap did an inspection of our roof after a hail storm. He was so kind to come by after we saw him at our neighbors house. He was super thorough to check everything and determined that our newer roof was in good shape. He also checked out gutters and even went the extra mile and removed a stuck hover ball that we could not reach with our ladders.
Even though we didn’t need a new roof we really appreciated how helpful Johnny was during the inspection. He was so kind and friendly with our kids who had a were fascinated with the drone.
New roof installed in June 2023 was a very satisfactory experience. Tear-off of the old roof took about 2 hours, and the new roof went on the same day in about 5 hours. The project manager coordinated all the trades- inspection, gutters, painters, minor repairs, new skylight. Later, there was an issue with a vent cap, and the warranty manager Jorge was out the next day with a 2-man crew to repair it. Friendly & professional service that I would definitely use again.
Linear Roofing did a great job putting on my new roof 2 years ago. Unfortunately the ridge vents needed repair and this is where I give Linear Roofing an A+. Jorge Felan, QC Field manager, responded immediately to my request and within a few days he sent a crew out to repair. They were very thorough, kind, honest, and hard-working. Most companies these days feel like the job is complete when the major work is done and they get paid. Jorge’s responsiveness and willingness to help was a refreshing change on how business is done. So Linear Roofing not only does great work but their customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend.
