I can't say enough good things about this vet. The quick and easy communication when ordering medications and setting up appointments. The customer service at the front desk. Everyone treating your dog like it is their own. The vet!!!! Don't get me started on Dr.Josh... He is the most kind, compassionate, understanding, validating, honest, upfront, relatable, warm man. He has helped my fur baby for a couple of years now. Recently he helped me peacefully send my baby to doggy heaven. The love I felt from this team was unmatched. Dr. Josh is more than just an exceptional veterinarian - he's a lifesaver, a teacher, and a breath of fresh air. Dr. Josh and everyone at Isla is amazing ? I just moved to Dallas and brought my dog Mimosa in to set up care and get her checked out. With moving I had been unable to take her into the vet for sometime. I racked up quite the bill but Dr. Josh and everyone on the Isla staff explained in detail each medication and test as well as gave me several options for each so I could decided what was best for me financially. Dr. Josh makes you feel like you are just chatting with a friend while still providing a lot of in depth information.
