I have never had such an intentional and connected instructor or experience. It was exactly what I needed. I was visiting from out of town for a stressful work trip and am so glad this was how I started my first day.

Gaia flow yoga is not an ordinally yoga studio. The founder, Chrystal will guide you to find the best version of yourself through the practice! So many souls were healed and experienced the transformation of life! Highly recommend joining!

I consistently have a good experience here! All of the instructors are wonderful but Lainie is my favorite, she’s super kind and has a great energy about her. I’ve been to classes elsewhere that seemed like they were trying to cram as many positions into the hour as possible- which some people may like. Lainie demonstrated the pose & let us spend the perfect amount of time in each position, giving her the opportunity to go around the room & correct students form as needed. I achieved a better stretch, and felt a deeper mind body connection this way. I left feeling super seen that she spent time helping me build a strong foundation as a beginner.... read full review
