I have used Warren Harris several times over the years and I have friends that use him also. His expertise and service are exceptional and his pricing is very fair. I would recommend DFWCI to everyone who needs help with upgrading, malware, or performance tuning.
I called asking for a quote. I was just wanting an idea of the cost.
I described my problem completely. And was told the he has been doing this for 4 years and there maybe be more wrong with it than I think.
When I challenged him, he became very “well how do you know?”
I do actually have experience in this field and can say with confidence the exact issue.

Regardless- we weren’t a good fit, but I do want to share this because it fell very….mansplaining.
My gaming PC was pretty much dead when I brought it in to Warren, and after some basic repairs, upgrades and tweaks - he fixed it to be even better than new. Now I am gaming without any hiccups, lags or problems. The price was very very reasonable and the service was efficient. Additionally, Warren is simply one of those really cool people you enjoy speaking with. I would give 11-stars or more if possible.
