Over the years we have probably used 15-20 different "computer consultants" to fix issues on our computers.Some have moved on to only handle Corporate Accounts and they were very good.None, however, have been as good as Warren Harris at dfwci.com.He is always on time, knows exactly how to identify and fix the issue and does it in a timely manner without padding his time.Our laptop went down and I was afraid everything was lost..Took it to Warren's office and a day later it was working well again and no data was lost.If I'm effusive in my praise it's because Warren is the BEST with whom I have ever worked.Extremely happy that we found him through Next Door Neighbor and...read full review

Warren cleared off years of old information, safely, from my Mac Mini. He freed up valuable space and helped me recover some important information. His knowledge is vast and he is pleasant to work with AND his prices are good! Five Stars!

Would not hesitate to contact Warren to fix my computer. He was able to bring my outdated MAC back to life and I was so excited. At the time money and tight so buying a new MAC was out of the question. Thanks for your expertise.
