“I have been seeing Dr. Shattuck for treatment on a cracked tooth that required a root canal. Unfortunately, while the procedure was successful it left me with a lot of discomfort in that tooth once a temporary crown was applied.

However, Dr. Shattuck was not ready to give up and just tell me to get an implant. Instead, he has constantly monitored my progress on a bi-weekly and then monthly basis. Recently the tooth has settled down so it seems I'm going to be able to keep the tooth, but rather than rush things at this point, Dr. Shattuck is still encouraging me to be patient through the final stages of the healing process. He's been so supportive and informative through the whole process. I can't imagine having a better or more caring dentist!“
