Went here after a terrible salon experience with a balayage, looked awful from the previous salon. I’m not going to lie, I was a bit nervous going to a salon after that but I set up a consultation, Carole and Sarah (Sara?) were absolutely wonderful! Very very welcoming, and so nice. Told me what needed to be done, An got me in right away the following morning. Sarah was so good with brushing my hair when it was tangeled after the wash.. Carole has a charm that will turn you to putty as soon as you enter her salon. I have always had the most enjoyable interaction with herself and staff. Additionally, Carole's experience allows her to treat every visit like a consultation and she always gives sound treatment advice for any after care. Her touch is heavenly and she ensures you are comfortable and relaxed throughout your session. I float out of her salon and feel Carole Lucio's is able to provide a luxury pamper experience without the huge price tag.

I had my hair done today and the entire experience was great. Monica did an amazing job to say the least. I was one of those girls who came in with a picture from Pinterest and between Monica and Carole, they made magic happen. I had 3 different colors, with a dark base at my roots, then a medium brown, and then a caramel at my ends. I was nervous but the end result was better than I imaged. The 3 color transition is so smooth it looks natural. It was a long process but Monica was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She even explained what she was doing to my hair as she did it. All of the ladies at the salon were incredibly nice, along with the other customers. I will definitely be going back for any/all future hair needs.
