The ambience of this business is not fancy, not a showroom. It is more of a warehouse feel with an incredible amount of fabrics, I needed the fabric that would wear well with pets, and they took me directly to all the different fabrics and gave me swatches. Their workmanship is phenomenal and my couch is beautiful
