I showed up at 11:25 my appointment was at 11:30 she was still doing a clients hair so I waited by 11:50 I asked her how long would she be her response WAS WHY DO YOU HAVE SOME WHERE TO BE ... I was shocked she was talking me like that so I told her no im just asking I was going to step outside for a smoke break when I stepped outside I feel so uncomfortable how she was handling me that I asked her for my deposit back Plus it was now 12 o’clock and she still was doing hair she responded telling me no and she started yelling and telling me she don’t do business like this but honestly she was not professional for how she was talking to me even if she felt like she needed me to wait a little bit while she do her clients hair. She could’ve still calIed apologizing for the wait saying I would still like for you to get your hair done but she didn’t she counting yelling so hung up she never talk to me that kind at all this lady was very hostileI just wanted to treat myself instead I Left her shop crying and wondering what did I do to her to make her so angry and all I wanted to do is pay her 200 dollar and leave beautiful Regardless if people have a good business and do good hair if you don’t have good customer service or don’t no how to treat ppl eventually your business won’t last and you shouldn’t bring your anger or your bitterness onto your customers just because you having a bad day I was sad to

I reached out to Wendy for an appointment, hoping she could squeeze me in the same day, she made time for me, I was soooooo grateful she made time for me not to say I had an appointment @4pm. I had a 360 front lace wig installed…Ya’ll when I say Mrs Wendy did my install she did the best of all the hair stylist that are younger than her!!! And got me out just in time for my next appointment!!!! Wendy once again I can’t thank you enough for being kind and professional!!

Ms. Wendy demonstrated exceptional patience and skill while handling my hair. This salon has become a favorite of mine. Ms. Wendy always makes sure that she asks how you would like your hair throughout the process. She is not only a professional, her salon is immaculate. I highly recommend Head of hair salon and would recommend them to anyone else who wants a professional style done in a beautiful and relaxing environment.

Wendy did an amazing job on my hair. I have long thick 4c hair, and I felt very comfortable in her chair. She made sure to take her time and my hair came out amazing. It feels soft and defined. This is the best my hair has felt in a long time. I definitely recommend!Service: Curly hair

I drove from Balch Springs to Addison to get my hair cut, shampoo & styled. First off the picture on her website is very deceiving and catfish because those are not hairstyles she has done. I asked for a specific haircut and Wendy tells me if my hair can take it. Thats so unprofessional. I came to the salon with my headband wig on so she never seen the texture of length of my hair. I specifically told her I have plenty of hair under this wig ma'am. I wanted the betty boop short style. This lady done cut all my hair off my head uneven.. not even similar to what I showed her on the picture. My family and I were suppose to take pictures and now my hair is destroyed. I cried and cried until I gotten a headache. I will never forget this! I am so upset about the service I received on today. I wasted 4 hours of my time sitting at the Salon Boutique just to get my hair destroyed. She put brown gel/foam on my hair and it was hard as a brick. She even told me well we gone have to make this work.. basically saying I have to accept anything. She did what she wanted to do with my hair. She got upset because I told her that my hair was not the way I asked. She destroyed a very important day! My hair is ruined ??.. I will post pictures below!! What I asked for vs what I got. Mrs. Wendy has been relaxing my hair for years now. When I came to her years ago, my hair was damaged and breaking off. However, since I've been going to her, my hair it's back healthy and growing back. Highly recommend.
