So far so good. Been using this shop for 5 years, and have never had them screw up any of my vehicles. Was just in today with my new Jeep, the crew was all very nice, courteous, with no trying to upsell me on anything. Only oil change shop I have ever been to that didn’t try to sell me a new air filter every time. Huge plus in my book.
My mother had her oil change at this location. When she got home, she noticed a small leak. My wife and I live in New Braunfels. So I called and talked to the manager, his name is Clayton. He was fantastic, he went to her house and cleaned the small oil leak. They replaced her drain plug gasket and did another oil change at no cost to her. Clayton also cleaned her driveway. Theses days this kind of great customer service is rare. So we really....appreciate his professionalism and customer service.
