We needed someone who could read a teenage boy's mind, handle thick and somewhat unruly hair, and create an end result without us having to know exactly what technical hair terms to use to arrive there! After years of searching, I think we found our unicorn!

I came in wanting to blend in my silvery gray hair with my darker hair for when it grows out. And have it more of an ash tone instead of blond.
I showed Sherry a picture and we talked through it and she was very methodical in talking it out with me and processing my hair.
