I give Dr. Spence office a 10 and above for sure. I was in such pain and they got me in within 20 minutes. I’d never been there before. Everyone was so Nice and helpful. Dr. Spence himself was awesome and might I add Funny too. He got straight to the problem and I will be fixed up in no time. Thank You Everyone in Dr. Spence office for caring for Your Patients. You are Greatly Appreciated.Update: June 6Went back to finally get My cap today. I had been sick so it took awhile to return.Again an Awesome experience. Wonderful experience! Friendly staff and Dr. Spence was very patient and kind.Update:Highly recommended for children! Every visit has continued to be pleasant for myself and my 9 year old daughter who is always excited to go and loves the staff and doctor. At her previous dentist she would be very upset and dread going but she is comfortable and relaxed with Dr. Spence and his staff and looks forward to every cleaning and check up!

Great customer service from the moment you walk through the door until services are completed. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful leaving no stone unturned searching for my insurance group # (I didn't have my insurance card on me.) Dr Spence was amazing!!! Explained the procedure to the "T" and all with a smile on his face. Made me feel welcomed and I definitely appreciate that!!!
