Even after I was told that they needed to reschedule they continued to work to get a tech to my place at the appointment time. Tim showed up early and was ae exemplary professional while educating me on the maintenance and general care of my HVAC system. He gave me options on how to proceed and never hesitated when asked a question. I will welcome him into my home for every HVAC appointment!

He did a terrific job, was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and the company even sent a second tech to assist him briefly during the process I
No additional charge to me. They were honest and upfront when we found some problem with my heating system while doing a heating and AC service, he even showed me how he came to the conclusion that he did. I will be calling them again for future needs.

Took a week to get the ECM 1 HP motor so our AC was out of service for 10 days. Bill and Oz did a good job, but WaterFurnace motor installed price of $2900 was not reasonable. Repair took 3 hours, Bill 3 hours plus Oz helped for 2 hours, a total of 5 man hours. Assuming the part cost was $1500, that resulted in $1400 charged for 5 hours labor = $280 per hour. I appreciate getting a 10% discount of $300, but believe a labor charge of $200 per manhour would be more than fair in the Abilene, Texas labor market.
