Overall satisfied with outcome, however, they're not sanitary. Tools aren't in sealed pouches prior to use, tools are in a pencil box with a "box cleaned" label ; bowl used to soak hands prior to manicure is simply rinsed with water and placed in a drawer; face is not cleaned by tech, (let alone wiped), prior to wax; no hand washing between clients. On a positive note: for only having two techs, they multitask well.If sanitation was on point, they'd get 5 stars and a returning customer.

It was my first time and great. Had a hang nail for 6 months of pain and they carefully clipped till they got to it. Got a back massage while they did most of it. Very pleased. Was like pulling the thorn out of the lion's paw. Thank you so much !!!

I have been going here with my mother, Fran, for over ten years - best place in Abilene! The owners are awesome. They are very hands on and do amazing jobs every time. I think I also went to high-school with their son - he helped change my flat tire in their shop parking lot once.
