Joe, Danny and Brian did an amazing job replacing my water line. It was a very tough job with unnumbered massive roots from my giant ash tree and a collapsed water line as well as rock hard soil. Pete Torres (owner) runs a GREAT BUSINESS and his people reflect well on him as an owner. Fair pricing with lots of communication and questions answered by his crew! You cant go wrong with Mr Rooter in Abilene!

Mr. Rooter has come to my rescue several times in the past ten yrs. Their response was swift. Their office kept me informed of their expected arrival & each set of workers let me know what they were doing & how their actions would fix my problem.
Chris Torres fixed the water leak under my sink, which then turned into a blockage where the water would not drain.
Chris & his assistant, Emmanuel, put shoe covers over their boots & laid a protective covering on my kitchen tile to keep muddy footprints from making a mess; I ready appreciated that they took precautions Not to leave anything for Me to clean up.
Working through Home Shield (which I will NEVER recommend). First tech from Mr Rooter was great, professional, thorough. Second tech was understandably concerned with incoming weather but was going to leave putty clumped up around sink drain. System didn’t leak but looked sloppy. He ultimately cleaned it up some. I would recommend Mr. Rooter.
