My wife and I recently became new patients at Leedy Dental. Our initial visit and care were nothing less than truly exceptional. We were initially met with friendly smiles and an attentive office staff upon our arrival for our appointment. Both of us were then taken into an office to meet Rachael, who helped us complete our “new patient” paperwork and documentation, give us an initial exam, perform full x-rays, and perform digital imaging of our teeth. We discussed our past dental history, any current concerns and/or problems that we may be experiencing, and future dental aspirations that we may have. This was the “baselining and recording” of our current dental status. We then received an initial dental exam by Dr. Justina. She was very gentle and thorough, as she checked our teeth for any problems. She was ready to discuss any questions and/or concerns that we may have had. We then proceeded to get our teeth cleaned, flossed, polished, and examined by Lacey. My wife and I can truthfully say that our teeth cleaning experience was the best that we have ever had. Using the latest state-of-the-art technology, our teeth cleaning was easy, gentle, painless, and very affective. Our teeth looked and “felt” clean. Lacey explained each step of the cleaning process, so there were no surprises – we knew clearly what she was going to do as she cleaned. She was very gentle and caring – and totally professional at all times. Congratulations to Dr. Bob for putting together a great team that made our visit to Leedy Dental an outstanding experience overall. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the office and new technology used during our appointment.
