Update:I posted this on Saturday. Sunday morning I had a text waiting for me from the business owner. He had an AC guy come out on Monday and check out my AC unit to make sure we had a drip pan installed. Apparently we do, so not sure why the guy we had come out earlier said we didn't.The owner said he'll have an electrician come out to look at the light fixtures as well. So I'm impressed and will change my rating to reflect that! I do still highly recommend a realtor or at least a 3rd party inspector to check everything out regardless to who you go with. It's just a smart thing to do and something I should have done.TLDR: hire a realtor before working... read full review

We used Lantrip's Custom Homes to build our dream house. The quality of their work is excellent! They were so easy to work with, and the process was very efficient. Our house was completed within the time frame we discussed at the start, and it was all done right. We love our Lantrip Custom Home, and would definitely use them again!
