Love their Respiratory Therapists. Very attentive and understanding best of all one of them is very fluent in spanish made it easy communicating instructions to my parent. I think her name was Angie.
I received excellent and fast care during a medical emergency!!! I was then transported to the nearest hospital to have surgery immediately (the same hospital/ER that I had waited nearly 2hrs to be seen) before deciding to leave and come to this location! Thank you!
I was skeptical to come to this ER because of all of the reviews but decided to bite the bullet and I’m glad I did! I didn’t have to wait very long at all to be seen, was treated kindly as opposed to previous experiences with ERs, and felt validated when explaining what was going on. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I believe the communication between the staff could be a little better. (Darby was exceptional!)
