Maybe you’re like me and you only call plumbers, electricians, and AC companies when you have a major problem. But every once in a while you make a smart decision ahead of time.
I happened to notice the AC unit outside was making a loud enough noise to hear inside our house. AC was still cooling great. Our technician was Joseph Stokes. He treated us like royalty. We were super impressed by his personality. He was very nice to us, explained everything so we knew what was going on. We will ask for him to be our technician from now on. Great work Hall!!
