Amazing, nice employees. We are from out of town & had a flat tire. Alonso stopped to help us out. He was very polite, professional & got our tire off & donut put on in no time. There is a lot to say about a business that has great employees.
We had hail and wind damage on our roof and the insurance company was being very difficult with us. Dakota from Fat Matt Roofing really took good care of us. He was so patient with the process and helped out with the insurance company so very much. The new roof is beautiful! Getting a new roof is not fun, but Fat Matt made it less painful and we wouldn't have had the insurance help without them. Dakota was here every time the insurance inspectors came and had conversations. The company helped by sending their estimates to the insurance also. This is a very professional organization that is going to be around in the future to help and to warranty their work!!
Highly professional and effective roofing company.
My wife and I just used Fat Matt roofing for a leak that occurred at our house during last weeks storm. We called Fat Matt and they came out same day to perform an inspection. The inspector was proessional and fast. He found 2 leaks and repaired them on the spot. He took detailed photos and showed us so we could understand what happened and then he was on his way.
The company then followed up a couple days later to make sure everything went ok.
