Do not go here! Bad business and billing practices. Pressure you for more items that insurance doesn't cover and is not necessary. They bill only via text and refuse to send itemized bill via mail even when they have your address!! They assured me before I left their building that I had no costs to cover. Then I started receiving texts of bills that was an outrageous amount with NO explanation. When I called the reply was insurance didn't cover as much as we "hoped". Unacceptable and I recommend to all not to go here! Many other reputable dental groups in town.

I would suggest not using this dental group. My wife had gotten her front tooth chipped and was referred to this group by some friends. She scheduled an appointment for the next day and was told a maximum price of $390. My wife got the work done and the bill ended up being over $500, she was not told of the "emergency appointment" charge and had X-rays done that was unnecessary. On top of it all the repair didn't last more then a month and wasn't warned that the repair wasn't meant to last. If that conversation was had we would have gone a separate more reliable route. This office is terrible and I would not take my family there again.

The office was open and welcoming, the staff was kind and helpful and Dr. Gore was very professional and personable. I actually look forward to going back for my next cleaning! Lol!
