My AC was blowing air- not cold, not hot, just air. I tried another company first because Ace could not come out that day. Although the other company tried, my unit was not fixed. Ace came out yesterday and fixed a myriad of issues but my system was still not cold. They came back out today and found the actual issue. It is raining on them the whole time and they even tried wiping the water off their boots before coming in. They were nice to my senior dog and puppy even though one was barking and the other was jumping. They were drenched when all was done. I am truly touched by their acts of kindness and professionalism. My stress level is a lot less now.
