Had a fabulous facial, mani, pedi, 90 minute massage, sauna, and a sugar scrub and scalp massage. I feel brand new.
Aubrey is the best massage therapist I've ever been to! I even followed from her previous job and am so glad to see her in such a cool place where more people can benefit from her skills. She has really helped me and my husband with our chronic pain issues. She's extremely knowledgeable & has helped me understand so much about the body and stress and basically answers whatever nerdy science questions I throw at her, all while releasing and relaxing my ridiculously painful muscles and myofascia. I usually talk and ask a ton of questions during massages, but she is also very quiet, soothing, and relaxing when that's what i want and need. So, yes, I highly recommend her, go see her right now!
