Based on the reviews, The Collective Suites is an amazing place with a very inviting atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and the sweetest people. As soon as you walk in the door they make you feel right at home. Natalie is an actual artist who is sweet, smart, and totally knows what she is doing. She makes clients very comfortable and is attentive to their needs, listening to concerns and specific goals. She is gentle but delivers exactly what clients are hoping for. The experience is a 10/10, and clients are obsessed with their results, raving about their lips to everyone. The first experience will not be the last, and clients cannot wait to go back. It is worth the drive and definitely recommend booking with them.
I had a wonderful facial at The Collective in Winchester! As a fellow esthetician, I immediately recognized how skilled my provider was and asked her what technique she used. She shared that she had TCFM & Buccal massage training in Franklin, TN-and that moment became a turning point for me. I followed up by taking the same training myself, and I couldn't be more grateful. That facial experience helped me level up my own skills and introduced me to a method I now proudly offer at my own business. Thank you to The Collective & LiHo for the inspiration and professionalism. As always when I am in town, I will be scheduling!
I am obsessed with my lips right now! Natalie is an actual artist with that syringe. She’s the only one I trust to keep me looking snatched but still natural. No duck lips here lol just juicy, balanced, confidence-boosting perfection. She’s sweet, smart, beautiful, and totally knows what she’s doing. If you’ve been thinking about getting your lips done this is your sign. Go see her!
