As a new patient to Pinnacle… I was truly impressed! Front desk friendly, smiled, great eye contact! Nurse Practitioner was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, took time to talk me thru my concerns! So very happy to have found them!!!
Everyone is so nice and friendly. They take their time with you. Does make you come back if it is necessary. I would recommend them. Office is easy to get to Traffic is no problem
Jessica NP was amazing. She was so thorough and truly listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. She created a personalized plan of care that wasn’t cookie cutter or a one-size-fits-all in any way , and I’m hopeful for my treatment plan! I will also mention that the receptionist was genuinely kind and made the experience an even better one. I completely understand why it takes so long to get an appointment with them—be patient, it’s worth the wait!
