As a new patient to Pinnacle… I was truly impressed! Front desk friendly, smiled, great eye contact! Nurse Practitioner was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, took time to talk me thru my concerns! So very happy to have found them!!!
Everyone is so nice and friendly. They take their time with you. Does make you come back if it is necessary. I would recommend them. Office is easy to get to Traffic is no problem
Everyone friendly from start to finish, waited a very short time in lobby, went in, went over basic stuff like meds and if I had any specific spots to look at. Ms McNeese looked me over pretty thoroughly, addressed my concerns. Nothing much changed in a year. Helpful advice on my age spots. In and out with no waiting. A great experience.
