After calling on Palmer Heating and Air, not only was our unit issues diagnosed and a plan was in place but Isaac prayed and encouraged us after learning of a life changing illness within our family. Excellent!! Had them install an AC in our new home in 2022. Fast forward 2 years and AC wasn't blowing cold...they came out and determined there was a block in the refrigerant line and vacuumed it out. Since they said it may have happened during install 2 years ago, they didn't even charge!!! Their honesty & integrity separates them from others. Very fair and reasonable and Will Not Lie To You.

The lady who answered the phone was very nice and professional.
Isaac, the technician that call me (within a little 15 minutes of me calling) was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He was here and fixing my issue within an hour of my initial call.
The service few was fair and my issue was fixed. I will definitely use this company again.
