I have been here several times in the last few years. I have always been treated with compassion and kindness and had my issues resolved in a timely manner. This is a great place to go for urgent care treatment.

I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic and it’s staff. I was between going to the ER or coming here due to a stomach bug and was honestly not sure they could help but they were so kind and had me on my way within an hour and feeling much much better. The woman at the desk I wish I’d have asked her name was so sweet and even assisted me with my paperwork. My providers and nurse were equally as wonderful. It was truly the best care I’ve ever received in this area and we are so thankful to have such a wonderful clinic close by! This will be the only urgent care we use from now on.

A long time ago I used to have a positive opinion of Complete Express. I've been there a LOT of times due to the fact that I get sick frequently. However the last 4 times I've attempted to be seen I've been turned away. All four of those times I called ahead of time to see if they were accepting patients because I live 20 minutes away and they are my closest urgent care. All four times I was told by phone that they would be open for several more hours and I had plenty of time to get there. I made the drive immediately EVERY time because I'm not the type to put going to the doctor off. When I get there there is ALWAYS an excuse for why I cannot be seen.
