Fantastic!!! Samuel Owens at ElectriPRO Services was able to do in a couple of minutes what a whole team of "experts" over a period of more than a year failed to do; he diagnosed the problem, conceived the solution and then executed the solution and solved the problem. Amazing, given a society where so many people are incapable of doing that! From now on, Samuel Owens and the folks at ElectriPRO are my main "go to" for any services they're willing to provide.
We used this company last year and an electrician named Buck and an assistant named Dakota.The first day I found out that the company charged an extra $300 based on mileage. We live in Lafollette, and the company is based in Knoxville.By the 2nd day, Buck said he could bypass the $300 the company charged and work on his ‘days off’. I have since found out, this is NOT the standard procedure and they do NOT charge extra for servicing Lafollette.Buck installed recessed lighting for us and made a huge mess. Power was going on & off in our house. Not only did this company come when they said they would they found the issue quickly. They determined it was power fluctuating from the AEC pole. They called AEC & arranged the repair. Not only were they good to their word but the cost was definitely NOT inflated. Would highly recommend this company.Service: Electrical power restoration
