After waiting over an hour for a tow truck from another company who could not find where my car was pulled off the road, my case was assigned to Bales Towing. The driver called me immediately to let me know that he was in the middle of another call but promised he would get my car right after that. He called back later for more specific directions since AI had changed the address of KY Hwy 80 to Kentucky Street, however the driver LISTENED to my directions, located my car and towed it to where it needed to go.

Dave I think his name was, he was so kind & helpful. I got a flat driving on the highway & my insurance connected me to Bales Towing. He was there faster than the time he quoted me, he had great communication, and even offered to take me home we dropped my car at the tire place. He made what could’ve been a stressful situation easy on me! Thanks for your service & genuine kind nature.

I would definitely recommend Bale's Towing. I was distraught stranded on Dickerson Pike on the actual road at a high traffic spot near the interstate exit and the entrance to TriStar Medical Hospital. David at Bale's Towing showed up quickly and was very helpful. I really appreciate David and this company!
